Early Out Services Frequently Asked Questions and Answers


How is your early out program different from other agency programs?

Unlimited phone calls, happier patients, and more cash collected. Although each patient receives a minimum of 4 patient statements, we know direct phone contact results in greater recoveries and happier patients.  Our management team meets with the provider to fully understand all policies and procedures that must be maintained. We allow more flexibility in operational aspects of your program. You can expect to receive regular, scheduled reporting, with custom options available at no extra cost.

Is healthcare receivables your specialty?

Yes, it is our core business.

Do you have a predictive dialer for your early out accounts?


How many phone calls and letters do you send to the patients?

Minimum of 4 patient statements, no cap on the number of times we try to contact the patient via phone.

Do you bill insurance claims that are identified?

Yes, if the client wishes us to do so. 

Can we see our accounts online?

We can either download our account notes directly into your system, or provide online access to your accounts via a secure website.

Can patient statements be customized?


Will you comply with our charity policies, financial guidelines, and other policies in place?

Yes.  It is our priority to implement your policies accurately and consistently. It defeats the purpose of outsourcing if clients have to micro manage our processes.

What is your fee structure?

Contingency fee, dependent on:  The age accounts will be placed, monthly volumes, and the average balance of your accounts.
